As the lead designer for the travel solutions website and web app, I collaborated with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, to gather requirements and understand business objectives. My role involved conducting user research into user needs, behaviors, and preferences, which informed the design process. I created wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate user experience and interface design concepts.
Additionally, I developed intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, illustrations, and iconography to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. By applying user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design, I enhanced usability and accessibility. I provided feedback and recommendations on design iterations, working closely with the development team to ensure implementation accuracy.
